Today (May 23), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD pair at 24,258 VND/USD, up 4 VND compared to the previous listing. With a regulatory margin of +/-5%, the floor rate is 23,045 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,471 VND/USD.
