Today (May 20), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD pair at 24,247 VND/USD, an increase of 8 VND compared to the previous listing. With a regulatory margin of +/-5%, the floor rate is 23,035 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,459 VND/USD.
