Today (May 27), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD pair at 24,268 VND/USD, an increase of 4 VND compared to the previous listing. Within the +/-5% regulatory margin, the floor rate is 23,055 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,481 VND/USD.
