Today (June 24), the State Bank announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD pair at 24,262 VND/USD, an increase of 6 VND from the previous listing. With a +/-5% regulation, the floor rate is 23,049 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,475 VND/USD.
