Domestic gold bars opened the first trading session of the week and are preparing to end the last day of September with a sideways trend while world gold prices this morning continued to weaken.
During last week’s session, world gold prices fell nearly 1% due to profit-taking pressure and ended the week at 2,658 USD/ounce. Entering the new week, the weakening momentum continues, world gold is retreating to near the 2650 USD mark while SJC gold bars are still “stagnant”, the gap between the two markets is increasing.
