Today (September 30), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,093 VND/USD, down 25 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 22,888 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,298 VND/USD.
