Today (June 25), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD pair at 24,253 VND/USD, down 9 VND from the previous listing. According to the regulations, the floor rate is 23,040 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,466 VND/USD.
