Today (June 17), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD pair at 24,259 VND/USD, up by 10 dong compared to the previous listing. With a +/-5% regulation, the floor rate is 23,046 VND/USD and the ceiling rate is 25,472 VND/USD.
