Today (August 21), the State Bank announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,246 VND/USD, a decrease of 5 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 23,034 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,458 VND/USD.
