Today (September 16), the State Bank announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,137 VND/USD, down 35 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 22,930 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,343 VND/USD.
