Today (September 11), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair at 24,212 VND/USD, up 18 VND from the previous listing. With the prescribed +/-5% range, the floor rate is 23,001 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,423 VND/USD.
