Today (October 30), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,246 VND/USD, down 6 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 23,034 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,458 VND/USD.
