Today (October 21), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,228 VND/USD, an increase of 15 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 23,017 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,439 VND/USD.
