Exchange rate developments on November 21 session
Today, the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,290 VND/USD, an increase of 5 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 23,076 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,505 VND/USD.
