Today (November 20), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,285 VND/USD, down 8 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 23,071 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,499 VND/USD.
