Today (November 18), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,288 VND/USD, down 10 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 23,074 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,502 VND/USD.
