Today (July 31), the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair at 24,255 VND/USD, down 2 VND from the previous listing. With a permissible fluctuation margin of +/-5%, the floor rate is 23,042 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,468 VND/USD.
