Today (August 22), the State Bank announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD currency pair applied during the day at 24,245 VND/USD, down 1 VND compared to the previous listing. With a margin of +/-5% according to regulations, the floor exchange rate is 23,033 VND/USD, the ceiling exchange rate is 25,457 VND/USD.
