On July 3 in Hanoi, the Institute of Economics – Finance (Academy of Finance) in collaboration with the Price Management Department (Ministry of Finance) held a seminar titled “Market trends and price developments in Vietnam for the first half of the year and forecasts for the entire year of 2024”.
Opening the seminar, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Manh Thieu, Vice Director of the Academy of Finance, shared: “The global economic situation in the first half of 2024 continued to face numerous risks and instabilities, adversely affecting sustainable growth. Despite this, global economic growth has shown positive trends due to the rebound in goods demand and decreasing inflation pressures.”
