Today (June 21), the State Bank announced the central exchange rate for the VND/USD pair at 24,256 VND/USD, up 1 VND from the previous listing. According to the regulation, the floor rate is 23,043 VND/USD, and the ceiling rate is 25,469 VND/USD.
